Polestar Foundation Course

This is Samantha leading the theory part of the ongoing mat series. As you can see students were working very hard to digest the biomechanics of Pilates.

Pilates Certification

AFEEX - Hong Kong

The Asian Fitness Education Expo is coming up soon in Hong Kong and Beijing. This is the 2nd year the expo will be held in Hong Kong and the organizers have arranged a great line-up of presenters. The expo will be held in Beijing in May as well.
